Difference in the symmetry of both the eyes

My left eye cornea got torned due to breakage of my glasses as a result of which I got my left eye operated and my left eye has stitches in it.My vision in left eye is blurry and I cannot read from my left eye (keeping my right eye closed). Apart from that there is a difference in the size of both the eyes.My left eye has become smaller after the accident. I want to know the reason for having the difference in size of both the eyes as the stitches are in my left eye on the cornea .Also, When the stitches will be removed can the size of the eyes would become normal. If not is there any chanve that the symmetryt of both the eyes can be returned.

Many Thanks for your reply.I just wish that the size of the eyes become same.

WIll I be able to get back my normal vision once the cornea stitiches are removed.I am also getting Cataract in my injured eye due to the accident.
Does cornea gets back to its normal form? or by how much percentage my eye will be healed.

You eye probably looks smaller due to the eyelids.  This is common and should improve as the eye heals.
