I was hit by a 2/2 lumber in my left eye and i went to an opthalmologist he said that my pupil was wounded and there's a blood in my pupil that's why i can't clearly see then he gave me some tablet's to get rid the blood in my pupil then after 10 days I went back to the opthalmologist,he said that that's why your pupil have blood because your pupil was broken then it became scar that's why you can only see side by side because the scar was on the center of your pupil. Then the opthalmologist said that there no other way to get the scar tissue in my pupil. Is it true doc?

You need to get a second (perhaps a third) opinion from a different ophthalmologist Eye MD.  Be sure your other eye is checked carefully as the uninjured eye is the most important eye. I can't tell you much more than that over the internet.
