Please can anyone advise me as I'm confused about my astigmatism..
Hi I had an eye test a couple of weeks ago and it read
Right eye Sph 0.00, Cyl -1.00, Axis 20.0
Left eye Sph 0.00, Cyl-0.75, Axis 170.0
My sight seems to be fine as far as I can tell but the optician gave me a prescription for glasses. I didnt really understand what the numbers on my prescription meant at the time but now I know it's for an astigmatism. I have collected the glasses and tried wearing them but they seem to make everything look distorted and wearing them makes me quite nauseous, do you think I just need to get used to them? I don't really have much knowledge regards the degree of correction in the lenses to correct the degree of astigmatism I have? Thanks in advance :)
