Extreme H2O Contact Lenses Help?????????

I just picked up my new contact lenses from my eye dr. I have dry eyes and I thought the dr ordered Acuvue Oasys for me, but when I went to pick them up he had ordered Extreme H2O 54% lenses instead. Does anyone know anything about these lenses and are they good for dry eyes?????????????????

Each practitioner has a comfort level with a certain number of contact lenses. There are too many lenses to use them all. Try your lenses and see if they work for you and make sure if they don't you alert your doctor so you can get different ones before any warranty expires.

Make sure you remove your lenses at night and use all the proper treatments your practitioner recommends for dry eye.

I wore this brand almost ten years ago when my hard contacts became uncomfortable.  The Extreme H2O did work for me at that time.  There are currently a number of contacts on the market for people with dry eyes, including the Acuvue Oasys, Proclear, Pure Vision, and the 1-Day Acuvue Moist.  What works best probably varies from patient to patient.  So if you don't like the Extreme H2O lens, there are several other options.
