I found this book on amazon.com by the American Vision Institute that shows how to improve your vision naturally and I'm curious on buying it because i notice my vision is getting blurry. It seems like it's getting a lot of great reviews. Could they be scamming me for my money? If so why is the book still around? the link is below

Hey you can still buy "snake oil" on the internet and they've been bilking people out of money with that since the 1800's.

Save your money. It's a hoax in my opinion.
