Eye allergies looking for the right drops

I get hayfever as soon as the humid weather starts.My eyes burn and get dry.I get stringy mucous in my eyes.My doctor gave me patanol but it only worked for 6 days.It has  only  .01 strenght.Would a stronger strenght relieve my eye symptoms?

Zaditor is the leading OTC brand in USA. Patanol is the oldest formulation of prescription olopatadine  and there are newer formulations pataday and Pazeo.  They require prescription. Generic olopatadine is relatively new and i have no idea how well it works for most people

Zaditor is NOT the same as Patanol or Pataday. My doctor told me not to mix and match. NOW AARP Rx is sending me a generic Olopatadine HCL by Rising Labs and I am paying the same price as the Brand Patanol which works great for me. I live in NE NJ..
