edge of lens visible after cataract gone

Is it a good idea to redo the placement of a lens that is visible a month after surgery?   How soon should this be done?   if the lens isn't relocated can the eye get worse.
it's visible now but not too annoying.

You need to see your doctor to determine whether the placement of the lens can be adjusted. (Sometimes they can be decentered, or tilted.) If not, chances are you will adjust to seeing the edge of the lens and your brain will learn to tune it out.
If not, an IOL exchance can be done as an absolute last resort, although this is risky.

It is possible to have a second lens in front of the original lens in to catch unwanted light rays. I advise you to see another doctor that specializes in treating complicated diseases like yours, and purchase your lens from a different manufacturer. Your doctor also will discuss on when you will be having the next procedure, depending on your eye evaluation.
