Eyelid
My upper left eyelid has this pimple like buildup. it has no eye and it does not hurt and it does not have any puss. I tried to squeeze it and it is kinda hard. it does not bother me but it does affect my eye appearance and is very annoying. What can it be and what can I do to get rid of it? I had it for a couple of months now.
I noticed something like this on my right eye yesterday. It looked like a pimple whitehead on the uppper inner eyelid just under the eyelashes.
So just before bedtime, I cleaned the area and the eyelid with an occusoft eye pad.
Today it looks like the whitehead thing is gone already!

Good you may need to use the pads daily to prevent reoccurence.

Probably a plugged oil gland. You can use warm compresses and clean with occusoft eye pads and use occusoft foam eyecleaner. These are over the counter.
