Sir your right perhaps i should get the exact copy of my diagnosis to be sure about problem
You description is too vague. You should have been given a summary of your treatment and an exact diagnosis. There is no way I can help you or guide you since I have no idea what they found out was wrong with your eye. I don't know anything about how medicine is practiced in your country but you should be able to obtain a copy of your medical records that should have the diagnosis on it. Since they said it was an optic nerve problem and not your lasik you might see a retina specialist or neuro-ophthalmologist.
Sir you know im layman dont know much about what doctors are doing.. all they did was used a common equipment i dont know its name but i put chin on it and then they ran yellow light through my eyes ... and then get two tests done visual field test is printed on report and oct result was not printed doctor just saw on computer screen ... and then concluded that may be its genetically and given me LATIM tablets which are no different then xanthine and visionace eye multi vitamins ... sir please guide me as they left mw hopeless and said currently their is nothing in medical science
You really did not provide a diagnosis as to why your optic nerve is getting weak. There are many diseases that affect the optic nerve, some can be helped some can't. What is the medical diagnosis of the optic nerve problem?
I know you cannot develop doctor patient relation but whatever you did was very generous of you and I'll be very thankful to you for my whole life :) and sir please remember there is one fan of yours in Pakistan and if you visit Pakistan ever I would love to meet you in person please keep my cell no. +92-300-5385859 and do contact me :)
I do not know any Pakistan physicians or what resources are available to you. I can only give you a list of possible problems not determine your specific problem. I suspect your problem comes from the cornea but only the doctor examining and testing your cornea can say for sure. I cannot establish a prognosis or tell you you chances of stabalzing your vision
Thanks for your sincere advice sir.. So to conclude do you think if treated from best surgeon this issue can be resolved? And if so can u recommend any one in Pakistan

OK if that is your visual acuity WITH glasses you have quite a problem. If that is your vision with glasses then you would need to see a cornea/refractive disease specialist for a corneal topgraphy to see if you have irregular astigmatism as a cause for your uncorrectable reduced vision.
Your glasses RX is very week and you would not expect there to be much difference between the vision with and without. The mostly likely cause of your reduced vision would be irregular corneal surface due to the LASIK. That can sometimes be treated with contact lens. Other causes would be cataract formation, or macular diease An exam and macular OCT would rule out these problems.
So you need to see the best cornea/refractive surgeon you can get to, since you want a second opinion it should not be your treating ophthalmologists.
Sir i got examined at last year July at then my visual acuity was 6/12 and 6/18 now i dont know which one is right or left and last time I got examined at Nov last year and at report I'm unable to read doctors writing but it's also similar to above and sir i live in islamabad capital city of Pakistan
Well you are getting closer but I need your visual acuity with and without the glasses. Also where do you live so I have an idea what resources you have available to you.

To give you any information would need to know your age and your residual refractive error and vision (in other words your weaker glasses RX and vision with them)
Sir i meant i got test for that but my tests were fine i dindt had that.. It was just a precautionary test
You said you have kconus to quote: Sir i also have keratoconus
Ohh thank you sir for your guidance.. But i hope you can give me advice sir apart from this kconus issue which i belive i dont have, is there any way to revert these side effects of lasik am facing
I'm sorry the MedHelp.org rules do not allow us to review individual tests and make specific recommendations as it might constitute establishing a doctor-patient relationship or an actual practice of Medicine. So no I can't look at your tests.
Sir ill be very thankful to you..
Sir if you dont mind can u please have look at those reports.. I can inbox you if you allow.. Beacause the surgeon said that reports are fine they dont show anything alarming.. Can you please have a look..

Well that information is a game-changer. keratoconus (Kconus) patients should not have lasik as its unpredictable. Also Kconus patients that have not had lasik have variable vision, poor night vision, ghosting and all the problems you describe. Your best course would seem to see the best corneal surgeon in you can get to, perhaps at a distinguished medical school. You need a corneal topography. Your problems are difficult to help.
