Headaches, floaters, and rapid vision changing?

I’m 16 y/o and have been dealing with a lot of vision issues. This year I have noticed rapid changes in my eye sight (that occur in as short as a month). I’ve also started getting headaches behind and above my eyes that aren’t painful like migraines, but are just bothersome. When I get these headaches, I can only see the object I’m looking directly at and the rest looks like blurred light. When the headache comes to an end, I lose vision on the outer sides of my eyes for about 20 mins. Other than the headaches, If I’m really concentrating sometimes my eyes shake for a few seconds. I can’t shake them on my own and this started about 4 years ago. Sometimes this happens twice in a day, sometimes twice in a month and it’s kind of random. As for my previous health issues, I haven’t had anything major other than a seizure when I was about 6-7 (w/ an unknown cause). Does anyone know what this might be and how I can fix it?

You are headed in the right direction. While other things need to be ruled out in most cases this is 'childhood migraine"

At 16 you are a minor. You need to share this answer with your parents.  Your visual changes with loss of peripheral vision and headache strongly suggests ophthalmic (eye) migraine with visual aura. But there are other causes especially a remove history of seizure.  You need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist for a full medical eye exam. If you have a family MD or pediatrician you also need to go in for a complete physicial exam with special attention to the neurological system.  If the eye examination is negative any your headaches continue you should see a neurologist. This important and your symptoms should not be passed off or neglected as this are disturbing symptoms that demand complete medical work-up.

Thank you! I went to see my pediatrician and the eye doctor. The eye exams were negative so I’m going to see a neurologist this week.
