White, enflamed caruncle

I noticed my caruncle swelling and becoming white about two weeks ago, and has been getting much worse since then. It doesn't bother my physically as of yet, so I've been leaving it be hoping it will go away on it's own, but I am concerned about the long term effects. I do wear contacts, and I was reusing the solution instead of replacing it with fresh solution everyday; I stopped doing that when I saw this "lesion" forming. If anyone can tell me what this is or what course of action is recommended, it will be much appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

Something that comes up that quickly is generally a cyst, often sebaceous (oil) cyst. Warts don't come up there and don't have smooth looking borders. I did look at the photos.

Thank you for the response, doctor. I have two pictures that I posted in the original post, and as you can see in either of them, the area is solid white. The first thing that comes to mind when I look at it is that it is a wart, but I don't know if it is possible to receive a wart in that area. I will take the advice of leaving my contacts out though. Once again, thank you for your time.

If it is teder and red and inflammed it may be an infectgion and you need to see an eye MD. If it is not tender or red it may be a plugged gland. Either way leave your contacts out and see an ophthalmologist. If you live in the USA go to www.aao.org to find an Eye MD near you.
