hi im 20 years old and im very concerned!
i woke up this morning at 6am and stoop up, everytime i stand up too fast i get a little dizzy and my vision starts spinning, i thought that was happening and usually lasts for 5sec. but this time i get to the door and my vision was still spinning i had no headecks, it was just my vision that kept on spinning and i yelled for help cause i couldnt walk and had to hold on to the walls, i went back to sleep to see if it wil go away, i woke up at 10am and went to the bathroom but my vision kept on spinning and had to hold on to everything i went back to bed but didnt go to sleep i put on my glasses and it didnt stop but then after an hour it started to go away and it was just the corner of my eyes that kept on spinning.
it all went away but the right side of my head felt numb, and i was a little dizzy.
should i be worried??
