How common is Retinal Artery Occlusion after Cataract surgery

Did ask this question before During cataract surgery ( 5/15/2017 ),The blood vessel leading to my Retina collapsed ,The Doctor sent me to Retina specialist,After many test I was told there was nothing could be done. My eye Doctor. had me go to a cardiologist who ran all types of test. There is no blockage in carotid artery ,no mini stroke,Had a nuclear stress test which went very well. All things related to heart is great. I exercise regular at gym.Was told no reason for this to happen but it did. They said my blood pressure had dropped very low during surgery but didn't think that was the cause.I was told that this blockage was very rare but has been known to happen.,Usually if patient was known to have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, obesity, smoker & or over age 66.The only thing I have is being over 66,Quit smoking 40 years ago.I was told I had a retinal artery occlusion,How common is retinal artery occlusion after Cataract surgery ?  I have been told it shouldn't happen but it did.

A central retinal artery occlusion CRAO occurs 1 in 100,000 people and one visit in 10,000 to an ophthalmologist is for CRAO  See this good article:  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3682348/      CRAO occurs even in people with few or no risk factors and is more common after injection (retrobulbar, peribulbar anesthesia)  Good article:  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25390678    Very low blood pressure or very high pressure in the eye or orbit would be possible causes.
