regarding how stop this live a happy life?

My father lost his sight from glaucoma at the age of 55. Currently I'm 28 years old but I'm worry daily for my future as this glaucoma eye disease is hereditary disease. Although none of my siblings or my father's siblings diagnosed having this disease, but i worry daily i can't even have a good sleep or function normally. Please any advice regarding how stop this worrying and live a happy life?

You clearly do not understand the genetics of glaucoma.  It affects about 1 out of 50 people that live a lifetime of 75+.  Rates are higher in blacks and Asians.  If your father was the only person in the last 2-3 generations to have glaucoma your risk of glaucoma is probably 4-6% and mostly after age 55-60.  If you have your eyes examined yearly by a Eye MD with some extra glaucoma tests (nerve fiber layer OCT, visual fields,  one time corneal thickness and gonioscopy) you should be able to diagnose glaucoma very early if it develops. Many new medications and lasers and surgical procedures are available now your father did not have.
