Ripped Contact Lost in my eye

I was taking my contacts out of my eyes so I could go to bed and only 1/2 of my toric lense came out!  I have worn contact lenses for over 40 years and this has never happened.  I can kind of feel the lense in my eye but I can't see it.  How do I get this out?  I am really tired and need to go to bed but am afraid to.  It is Friday night and my eye care doctor's office won't be open again until Monday.  What can I do?  Thank you.
Julie

It's Saturday morning, and I hope that your problem has already been resolved.  I've found it helpful to close my eye and gently press on the inner and outer corners of my eye with my fingers.  This helps to center the contact (or remaining part), making it easier to remove.  Having a magnifying mirror helps.
