No one is going to want to operate on you: 1. you're a minor 2. it's a cosmetic operation and insurance generally doesn't cover and 3. risks include scaring and reoccurence.

Thank you for your response. My eye doctor told me she'd remove it for me though, because she knows how much it bothers me - also, i'm willing to pay as much as it costs. She also told me the risk of scaring or reoccurence is very small because she examined the freckle and said it would be a quick healing. Should I go through with it?
Only you and your parents can answer that.

I am in similar situation, i ve heard it can be removed, but not in safe way
is it possible surgically, Doctor?
Only an exam by an ophthalmologist Eye MD surgeon can tell you if it should be removed and if it can be removed. Those two are not always the same answer

Doctor, I have contacted an eye Surgeon and sent him pictures of my eye, he told me that spot can be removed easily and without clinical following up or any thing like that, just entering the operations theater , what could you say about that?
I say things are different where you live.
