I saw a green hue over everything, when I woke up. It lasted for 2 minutes and disappeared.

I would start out by saying that if you have not had a recent eye exam by an Eye MD ophthalmologist you should schedule one. If you have had you need to call and discuss with the Eye MD. Usually this is due to the retina shifting from dark adaptation to light adaptation. There are many people who have posted similar observations. As long as it goes away in a few minutes it is rarely anything serious.
