Will it eventually stop

My prescription is -11.25 and 11.75 for glasses and I'm about to be 20 years old. I notice my prescription increases by one point each year and I was wondering if this is going to stop or will it reach a point where I cannot see anymore. Also, is spending a lot of time in front of the ocmputer screen the cause of my deteriorating eyesight? Thanks

Using computer at close distance can contribute to high myopic power's

maintain proper distance while using computer,TV,reading books etc,

focus on distant objects always as this habit can minimize glass power's.
