A 14 Year old Boy is suffering from black spot in his eye

My Nephew is suffering from some black spots in his eyes for last few months. We went to doctors in delhi, India. One doctor said its cataract and need to be operated but we approached to Safdarjung Hospital, India's biggest hospital they did some test and referred to G.B. Pant hospital, one of the best EYE hospital but the result is that doctors say its not a cataract and cannot be cured with operation. They say, some germs are there on it. For this they asked us to bring MRI test reports but then came to the conclusion that no worms in brain. They gave some drops and he is taking those drops for few months but of no use. He has got the same problem in his other eye. Now he is not able to study and recognize objects.
Any quick responses can save his eyes or suggest a doctor or any solution for this problem.
A child's life is going to be ruined by the progress of this treatment.
Please help!!

The problem is not at all typical of cataracts. He may have uveitis, possibly toxoplasmosis from the explanation you were given. Your best bet is to continue care under the direction of the best hospital/medical school/ophthalmology department you can get to. This sounds ultra serious.
