You would need to get the exact specifications your Air Force uses for pilots. If possible have him seen by an Air FOrce ophthalmologist.
If the corrected for corneal thickness is normal it would not seem to disqualify him.

Dr. Hagan is right, they should consider the cornea thickness.
I have high eye pressure most of the time in the 20-21-22 range; however, my cornea is quite thick, I believe -2 or -3 so that would make me still in the normal range after with cornea correction
