Is it best to ignore this stuff?

Hello there again Doctor

Since I have had an OCT test and a Visual field Test and have not been told anything is wrong with my eyes in a structural way, shgould I just try to ignore my funny spots (NOT floaters) and just pretend they are not there?

WIll my head learn not to see them after awhile?

THank you doctor

I'm not in a position to be able to tell you that stress is the cause of your problem. Stress and anxiety can cause a huge variety of symptoms in any part of the body.

What strikes me as odd is that my symptoms only seem "measurable" on subjective tests like the Amser grid. Nothing "objective" or clinical has been found.

Do you think it is my stress that is doing it?

The mind and visual system have a great capacity to adapt to 'new ways of seeing". If you have had the proper tests and nothing changes then you probably should start to try and tune them out.
