scar or remaining chalazion?

About 6 months ago I developed 2 large chalazia in my lower right eyelid - the opthamologist drained a bit of it, but was unable to get a clamp in to drain either of them fully. A month later one of then drained externally after a routine hot compress, however my eyelid is still very lumpy and red throughout. Its still a bit uncomfortable when I blink hard. Is this scar tissue or remaining chalazion? Is there anything I can do for it?

It is probably a residual chalazion.  Consider seeing an oculoplastic surgeon.
