I see light spot in my peripheral of vision.

I have the weird thing on my peripheral of vision
It's look like a light spot, and it can only see in the bright room,
but disappeared in the dim or dark room.
It appear when the white surface of wall on the side of my vision.
When i head up (eyes still look at the same point) the light spot is change from up to down,
but when i head down (eyes look at the same point) the light spot is up like before.
It's easily to see it when I look to the center and shook my head left to right many times.
Now, I think the light is on my eyelash that's why I see light spot, but I'm not sure about that.(I have long eyelash)
I have this symptom before I go to see eye MD, but doctor said "my eyes is normal" (but have floaters)
I'm very stress about it very much, I'm afraid to be blind. (I'm 15 years old and use computer for 12 Hrs everyday)

(I have vision snow, tinitus and retinal migraine)

I'm sorry I cannot offer you much insight on this unusual complaint. If your symptoms are changing or worsening then see a different ophthalmologist.

I'm forget to ask about it to doctor, cause I'm forget about it (that time I'm very stress about Retina tear) But when i forget about it, I've not see it anymore. When I forgot it's not bothering my vision but when I think about it, It started to bothering me again. (Now I'm stress about it too much and I can ignore it.) Today, when I'm wake up my eyelashes were rounded up and I'm not see that spot. I think this is my eyelash problem. Now, my eyelash is back to the same and I see that light spot again. Thanks !

Not likely a retinal tear. Why do you have tinnitus at age 15? Has that been thoroughly evaluated by otolaryngologist?

No, I'm not but I have a sound in my ears when I notice it. The sound is very high-pitched and it never stop, But I can ignore it anytime I want. (The first time I have this I'm very stress and it bothering me every time, but now I'm fine with this)

Umm, When I move my eye look all the way to the outer corner, I see the light area at the inner corner of my vision. What's that? Is it normal?

Doctor, I have a ghosting image when I look at white front on dark background. I don't know about my myopia and astigmatism. In the ghosting image I see the Zig-zag lines in the ghosting I cannot explain about this much, but that line is only appear in ghosting and when I look at striped pattern (white and black) It not bothering my vision much but I'm curios about it. that line is not have a colors it have a same color with blind-spot but only appear in ghosting or when I squinting my eyes while look at white bright surface (my computer monitor) and open my eyes wide it will appear for a split second and gone. but when I use this way to see it. It's look like a dark zig-zag line. Maybe look like blood vessels. It easily to see if I look at striped pattern and unfocused my eyes (Blurred vision like myopia) It look like veins, and the texture in that lines is distorted. (it's not slim line but has same appearance just like floaters, and have a same size to floater.) I have it for long time before going to see doctor for 5 months or more.

Is it dangerous or can make me going to be blind? :(

Sometimes I see it I wake up and blink my eyes. But it have much more just like blood vessels in retina. I search about it in google, and It look like "Parkinje tree" in entoptic phenomenon wikipedia. Is it normal?

I have just about reached the limits of useful information I can convey to you on this forum:   if you hear noises in your ear that is not normal for your age. you need to have your hearing tested and see a ear/nose/throat physician.   Entopic phenomena  are normal although not all people can appreciate/see them nor have all of them.  I'm going to have to sign off this discussion because its as far as I can go.

Doctor, I have one more question.

I palpitations before seeing the light spot in upper of my vision. It's appear for a 5 second and gone, but my heart still beating faster than normal for a 5-10 minute. I'm so afraid. Do this symptom same to retinal tear symptom? (Flashes)

I have this symptom for long time, But I've see it when I worries about retinal tear so much, and my eyes very sensitive to light when I'm stress about retinal tear. When I'm chilled It's not happened to me.

I'm not sure that I am imagining things that I seeing the light spot or It's really happened to me. So stress

The last thing I want to know.

Oh, and I never see it in the dark before. only happened when I'm at the front of computer monitor. When I see that spot If I'm not move my eyes and head It's not gone but when I'm move head or eyes, It's instantly disappeared.
