Lens exchange in keratoconus patient. What lens?

I have been implanted two multifocal iol, I have keratoconus and after 7 months of unbearable glare, halos and dreadful vision, my surgeon is going to exchange the lens for a monofocal or a toric iol. Which lens is better for keratoconus patients?

You have posted 25 questions and I have patiently answered them all. i told you that K-conus is considered a contraindication to a multifocal IOL so you have to ask why did your surgeon go ahead an put in the eye given your problems are why Kconus is excluded from that type of IOL.   Consider a 2nd or 3rd opinion.  Given all your problems going for "complex" most surgeons would go "simple" a monofocal IOL.  A toric lens in K-conus is problematic.  I will not comment further after this.

Thank you for your patience, doctor. May I ask why even toric lens is problematic in KC?
Because its same problems, second verse with toric and K-conus.
Thank you again! You mean they can cause halos, glare and other aberrations?
I will not comment further after this.
Thank you. This forum is very useful indeed ...
