Looking up in blue sky I see also sperm like things moving so fast lots of it

I get the phenomenon of seeing the white blood cells lookin up the sky! But mine are also these small quick sperm like swimming fast quick everywhere. Lately I have night vision issue driving at nights! I can’t see well in dimmed light! What are these fast swimmers? Do I need an eye doctor quick? I’m worried

Not being able to see well at night is one symptom of cataracts. Cataracts are most common in the elderly (70 or so), but can occur in younger people as well. Cataracts are not an urgent issue though with just one minor symptom, and you should ask about it at your next regular eye exam.

In younger people uncorrected refractive errors, especially myopia, is the most common cause. An evolving cause, Heavy tobacco/cannabis use.
The people getting early cataracts that I have heard about have been the result of oral and inhaled steroids
Also diabetics, radiation treatment, trauma, family history, extreme sun exposure and bad luck
