If the capsular sack in my son's eye were to be damaged as well, can an IOL still be implanted?
From the time of the incident we have been making regular visits to the Singapore National Eye center. They have provided a special contact lens that my son has to wear for 4-8 hours a day. The lens is replaced yearly with a new one as his eye has grown.
As I've said before, I am willing to travel anywhere I can where good medical care can be provided for my son. If it means we need to travel to the States or Europe that isn't a problem.
If he did have double vision, would this not just be temporary?
If the caosular bag in my son's eye has been damaged as well, can an IOL still be implanted?
Thank you for replying. I am Canadian living in Indonesia but yes I am willing to travel.
Where do you live and do you have the resources to travel?
