You must go to your county hospital and get help. They will see you. I am not a doctor, but I know enough that you need to see an eye MD.
Twenty years ago, my daughter had a severe condition, and we had not insurance. A specialist operated on her twice and saw her for a few years.
Please go to you county hospital; they should call in an eye MD to see you.
Best of luck.
You need to see care as you likely have a fracture of the orbit that is draining blood down into your nose and air from your nose up in to the tissues around the eye. You can get a very serious infection from this.
Go to an Emergency Room or medical school department of ophthalmology tomorrow.

A few weeks ago, i have noticed frequently that the bottom of my eyelids would randomly feel a squiggle frequently. I feels like a squiggle creature or something but its not.
I then started to massage and squeeze my bottom right-eye-lid. each 2 or 3 seconds, i can hear some awkward eye-lid fart of air. I kept working my right eye-lid for a while for 30 minutes. now my right eye-lid squiggles less but my left eye lid (unworked) will still squiggle every minute in random sessions of the day. So I gotta work my left eye lid.
end of story, I think air had pocketed up somehow and some reason my loss of weight from 215lbs to 183lbs has caused my eye lids to gas up to cause some weird squiggles in my lower eye lids as if some squiggly creature was living under neath.
Also after relaxing of an eyelid massage. I feel like my right eye has tons of less pressure as my left eye has.
Whenever you feel the squiggle, imagine a 2 metre hula hoop/clock, a metre or two in front of your eyes, work your eyes around in a circular motion from 12 to 3, 6,9 then 12 many times and then counter clockwise. Stop eating sugar, yeasts, processed food or any food prepared by others and eat plenty of raw, live foods like fruit, veg, nuts and seeds. Be sure to keep your eyes, ears and bottom clean with cotton balls and wet wipes, especially wet wipes on your bottom in the morning even if you don't pass stool. Keep your hands clean and any visitors you have too. Vacuum daily, clean door handles, light switches and high traffic areas often, do not eat raw meat, ever. Clean your food. Remove house plants and deworm your pets regularly. Deworm yourself once every two weeks for two months, at least every year. Machine wash your fabrics often.
