My prescription is incomplete ?

I got an eye prescription of SPH of +0.75 and the lense type is going to be for computer use. Now, I am trying to get it processed but the people processing it are saying the prescription is incomplete ? Is this correct ? If so what are values should have been filled in ?

No difference at all, it merely describes how you're using the lens: thus +0.75 lens could be called reading glasses; computer glasses; music/piano/organ glasses or for some people driving/movie glasses.

Thanks.

btw, do you know what the difference is between a +0.75 reading glasses lense and a +0.75 computer glasses lense ?

That is a complete prescription for a lens however to make spectacles/glasses you need the PD or distance between the pupils of the eyes. that is normally mesured by the optician that makes the glasses.
