Three doctors, three different eye's prescriptions: what should I do?

Hey, everyone!
So, I'm very afflicted and I hope some of you could really help me out in this thread.
Briefly, that's my story:
I used to see the same ophtamologist for around 10 years. However, his clinic is located quite far from my house. Besides, I used to have some troubles setting a consultation, since he's a very searched doctor.
Taking these reasons in consideration, I decided to look for another doctor.
I found a ophtamologist that was very kind and supportive. At the end of the consult - after done the refraction (objective) and the letter (subjective) test -, she gave me a prescription. However, I noticed that she didn't dilate my pupils.
So, after a month, I decided to go back to that ophotamologist I used to see.
To my surprise, after the consultation was done, his prescription was TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE DOCTOR BEFORE HIM, EVEN DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE HE GAVE ME IN THE PAST. I told him about, but, apperently, he didn't like it.
Anyway, in an attempty to solve, once for all, this problem, I decided to see a third and last doctor. He dilated my pupils.
In spite of that, guess what: HIS PRESCRIPTION WAS ALSO DIFFERENT FROM THE PREVIOUS TWO, although more close to the first's doctor's one.
This is leaving me kind upset, because I don't know which prescription I should use in my new glasses.
Could you guy give me some light on this thread?
Here are all my prescriptions:

ACTUAL PRESCRIPTION (2 YEARS AGO, FROM THE DOCTOR I USED TO SEE)
Right Eye: Spheric (-2,50) / Cilinder (-0,75) / Axis 180
Left Eye: Spheric (-1,75) / Cilinder (-1,50) / Axis 180

PRESCRIPTION FROM THE FIRST DOCTOR (NEW ONE)
Right Eye: Spheric (-2,50) / Cilinder (-0,75) / Axis 180
Left Eye: Spheric (-1,50) / Cilinder (-1,50) / Axis 175

PRESCRIPTION FROM THE SECOND DOCTOR (THE ONE I USED TO SEE)
Right Eye: Spheric (-2,00) / Cilinder (-0,75) / Axis 175
Left Eye: Spheric (-1,75) / Cilinder (-2,00) / Axis 180

PRESCRIPTION FROM THE THIRD AND LAST DOCTOR:
Right Eye: Spheric (-2,50) / Cilinder (-0,75) / Axis 180
Left Eye: Spheric (-2,00) / Cilinder (-1,50) / Axis 180

There is very little difference in any of those glasses RX.   When they go better one or better two the difference is 0.25 diopter.  Most people can't tell the difference.   It's like weighing yourself on two different scales and finding your weight is different on each scale by 1/8 of a pound.  Remember also the glasses RX is based on YOUR responses so that is the RX you picked each visit.   Chances are you would not be able to tell any difference on all those glassses RX.  It would also make a difference whether the glasses test was done before or after your eye was dilated.  You might choose the RX from the "eye doctor" you want to provide your care in the future.
