Cataract, and is there something to help me see better

Hi doc's, new question for you. Recently when I asked you about weird changes, I went to the two retinal specialists, fist one was my surgeon, he told me that everything is OK, and that my cataract can cause some problems in sight... Next day my sight got worse, lower part was little bit dimly, and some yellow spot was there (that dimly place was yellow spot)... next day almost all of my sight was blurry in brownish yellowish color, I went to other retinal specialist because my surgeon has operations all other days except tuesday, and that other doc also told me that retina is OK, but cataract has advanced...
now I can only see, lets say good in bright daylight, but in darker places almost nothing on that right eye.

Can I do something about that (drops or something), because my surgeon told me that he won't operate me till the end of summer, or maybe even later...

diagnosis on right eye:
RD, three surgeries till now, silicon oil

I tried to find something useful but almost all posts are for cataract removal... and since I wont have it removed till the fall, at least my surgeon told me that at last visit, I wanted to know if there are some kind of drops that will ease the fog from cataract.

but I guess from your answer there is nothing to ease that nasty cataract.

I suggest you use the search feature and archives to read the many discussions about retina detachment surgery, and silicone oil in the eye.  

Since both retina MDs agree its likely that these are symptoms from the oil.  Your surgeons will advise you if cataract removal is appropriate.
