Eyestrain?
I'm both nearsighted and have a mild astimagtism in my right eye. After trying out my new prescription glasses with a stronger lens for my right eye I've been experiencing achiness/soreness in my eye around my temple and side of the head including the neck for the past two weeks.The discomfort varies from day to day. The most aggravating soreness is usually by side of my right eye and bridge of the nose. It feels like the bones of my eyes are hurting. It gets worst if I'm doing PC activities or reading under yellow incandescent lighting or in places with dim lighting. Not sure if this is eyestrain or something much worst. Also, I can't seem to be able to sleep on my right side as the discomfort increases. Any suggestions on how to relieve that?
