The great majority of conjunctival nevi are benign. Especially if you are black or darkly complected they tend to be common and benign.
Odds are heavily in your favor.

Thank you for your response. We have an appointment in 3 weeks at Vanderbilt with a cornea specialist. In researching a bit on the internet, I think she has what is called a conjunctival nevus, as this is what hers looks like. I just don't know the implications....Waiting and not knowing anything is hard!

Given that there are several types of growths that might be described as a nevus of the cornea only the examining surgeon Eye MD could tell you. Get a second opinion from a cornea specialist Eye MD. As both the questions you posed here.
