Nightglow/Rings of lights

Ever since I've had my contacts, which has been about a year, I've been experiencing what I think is called "Nightglow". It's a accurate name at least, because I only get it at night and in movie theaters.
At night, I get rings of lights around street lights, car lights, around exit signs in the dark theaters, and it even affects how I see the movies in theaters. The lightness in the scenes seem like I'm seeing double, which is like how it is with everything else, it's like I'm seeing double.
I'm only 14, but my eyes get dry sometime too. My contacts are the Acuvue Oasis (I think that's its name) Which is especially for dry eyes, and I even use eyedrops which help for maybe a minute, and then I go back to seeing the ring of light. It really effects if I can watch movies, or even when I'm in a car. When I get my drivers permit, I want to be able to drive safely, but I see that being a problem when the whole car dashboard is lighting up with little halos around them. Please help?

I had my eyes checked a few weeks ago and my contacts are of the right power, but I failed to mention my nightglow while I was there.
Is astigmatism possible even though my contacts are of the correct power?

The first thing is to make sure the contact lens is of correct power.  You may have some astigmatism that is not corrected by the contact lens.  Also, you may have large pupils.
