There is no credible evidence that these glasses help migraines and they are expensive and not worth the cost in my opinion.
I am confused John, based on research stud they sound convincing. they have pretty good research behind them and credibility..
You sound like someone with a vested interest in selling the glasses.
Melissa, you have nothing to lose by trying them. They were recommended by my neuro-ophthalmologist, who said they have helped many people. But if they don't help you, you can return them and they will reimburse you for the full price.
I have no vested interest in selling the glasses. Just a patient.
Melissa, hi I’m not sure if you have tried the FL-41 tint. However, I speak from personal experience. I have no vested interest in any of these companies. I have tried 3 different types of FL-41. None of them are the same. They are all different colors. What works for one person might not work for another. I tried axionoptics years ago. They didn’t work for me. So I thought FL-41 wouldn’t work for me. Several years later a friend found Theraspecs. I wasn’t going to try them because I thought I already tried FL-41 and it didn’t work. My friend insisted that she would buy them. So, I tried them And I can’t thank my friend enough!!! However, they also didn’t work. But put me back to looking, because now I knew they were not all the same. Axonoptics were a shade of amber. And Theraspecs have more of an orange tint. Then I found my miracle. Comfort Tint. They are contacts. The other 2 are glasses. They absolutely work amazing for me and have radically changed my life. I’m extremely extremely light sensitive. All 3 of these companies offer a money back guarantee or they used to. You absolutely have nothing to lose. And hopefully you will find the right fit for you. Don’t give up!
I have maybe 2-3 people in my practice that have tried them. The results were not very impressive.
