Post Catarac Operation Problem

On May 14 I had a catarac and Canalopsaty procedure on the left Eye. It was very successful and the vision was exelent,Distance view was great and I could work on the computer without glasses. Also Television was good witjout glasses. But on may 23 all of a suuden the vision went bad. I could not see the television clearly and I could not work on the computer.. Everythink was unclear and the vision was like my eyes had been dialeted. I have to put sumglasses on to take the glare ouy.My right eye is impaired . I have no center vision. After the operation I was put on Pred Forte and Zimar 4 times a day and on Istalol 1 times.My gloucoma specialist and retina specialist has checked the eye  and can not find anythink wrong. Can you jr;p me?, ,

Thank very much for your response. I failed to mention that I have normal pressure gloucoma since 1994. I am with a Gloucoma specialist since 1998 and he has been able to stabilize the IOP. Infortunate the previous Physician failed to prescribed the proper prescription and I lost the center vision in the right eye. Luckily the left eye is good. However I needed a catarac operation and my eye doctor felt it was neccessary to perform a canaloplasty at the same time to prevent high IOP during and after the procedures.
As far as the problem I had with the vision, it has cleared up after Pred Forte was increased. I can see weel. I do not need glasses to work on the computer and while drivng. Thank you again for your help. Peter

Have each of these Eye MDs check your eye (glaucoma and retina). Have them do an amsler grid and visual field exam.

If they can't find anything ask them to refer you for another opinion.
