Post Op Pain

I had a cataract removed 2 days ago.  My post op appointment went very well.  This morning I woke up with discomfort.  The pain increases when I look up.  I still see the black line to the lateral side of my eye.  I also had the torque lens implanted, if that makes any difference.  Should I be concerned?

Thank you for your guidance.  I followed your advise and had no problem getting in this morning.  The covering that is over the site of the incision did not close completely, so I had pain of the abrased area with looking up.  They helped by applying a "bandaid" over the area to stay until Monday.  Again, thank you.
