Post Surgery

I had cataract surgery three days ago and my iris is still constricted all the way. The doc says this is by design to keep the pressure down. When does it start dilating again? Are any of the drops I am taking keeping it constricted?

This probably due a medication injected into the eye at the end of the case.  It usually lasts for a few days.

I think you mean your pupil is constricted, not your iriis.  Some drops do constrict the pupil, notably pilocarpine.  Your pupil will probably remain constricted until your eyedrop regimen is complete.  Check with your ophthalmologist again to be sure.
