Posterior Vaulting - Elevated Pressure

Ok, sorry if I am leaving important information out, I am just trying to do some research for my mother who just had a Crystalens AO implanted - and she obviously can't research for herself as she is recovering.

The day after her surgery, her eye pressure was up to 40, so they gave her eye drops and it went down to 18 thankfully. Now, the second day after, her vision became much blurrier, so she went back in, and they told her that there was posterior vaulting and that she would have to see a specialist on Monday, after the weekend. She is worried that the pressure could shoot up without her knowing it, and that it may cause permanent damage to her vision - but the doctor didn't tell her anything to watch out for, so she doesn't know if maybe she will need to go in sooner, since this all happened on a friday.

Basically, any information anyone could provide would be GREATLY appreciated, as I am having a hard time looking anything up because there is so much terminology that I am unfamiliar with, since it isn't something I am having done.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!! Any website I could be directed to or information about whether she could possibly damage her vision permanently if she waits until Monday to go in, or if she should be fine, just blurry all weekend.... ANYTHING!!

I'm just very worried and live across the country from her so I can't really do anything other than try to find answers for her online.

1. Repositioning can be done any time. However after several months it is more difficult to do.
2. Sometimes.

Look up posterior vaulting on the internet. One article in particular refers to posterior vaulting associated with Crystalens.

Ok, I have two additional questions that I can't seem to find direct answers for:

1) What is the time frame in which repositioning surgery should or could be done, if it is necessary?

2) Can cyclopentolate drops correct any of the shifting of the crystalens, so that repositioning surgery isn't necessary?

The things to watch for after surgery are pain, marked discomfort, marked reduction of vision. If these occur she should call the surgeon.
