Pressure of eyes/ glaucoma/ dry eyes

Hi, I was losing my eye sight about 2 weeks ago. It just came out of the blue. I  had lens inplants in 2004. Been doing just fine. Until 2 weeks ago.  My eye Dr. / surgeon  diagnosed as me as possible glaucoma. The pressure in my eyes was 24.5 . He started me on tobradex ST ( steroid drops) and Timolol Maleate.  Then I used thera tears and systane during the day and the night time gel.  As of last Friday I was doing fine, then my vision became blurry again and my left eye is like half open. ( looks like a lazy eye)  never had it before. He says my inplants look great. yesterday i saw him my right eye had raised pressure to 26.5  he took me off the steroid drops left me on the timolol -glaucoma drops. He had ordered restasis but it burned really bad. so he told me to put in fridge. Started them today.  My eyes are bright red they hurt, the Timolol drops & now they thera tears burns. wasn't before. He said i have NO moisture at all in my eyes. How far apart should i use the restasis & thera ters apart?

Hi, Thank You for answering me. He never said anything about infection in my eyes. But my friend has noticed my top eyelids on both eyes are  purplish/red &  swollen. She says it reminds her of when someone has cried really hard for a long peiod ( like a lose of someone u love) I was also using Systane Ultra I got more today. It doesn't doesnt seem to burn like the others. Can you please tell me what the eye pressure is suppose to be. My Dr. wants to see me in 3 weeks, he is hopeing the restasis is going to make my eyes have more moisture. My eyes are still blurry they are every day, and they hurt.

A few minutes apart.  I am confused.  Your doctor would not have started you on tobradex (a steroid and antibiotic) and Timolol, a glaucoma drug.  There must have been something else wrong such as inflammation or infection---the Tobradex would in most cases cover both problems.  However,  the steroid can also elevate your eye pressure.
