Pupil still dilated after one month

I had an inflammation in my eye which made my eye red. I got my eye dilated with atropine and now it's more than a month now my vision is still blurred and pupil  is still extremely dilated. My vision was blurry even before I used atropine and Maxidrol eye ointment. Ofloxacin was the eye drop I was using before atropine. Doctor told me that I should have my vision back in two weeks and asked me to stop using atropine and prescribed hypromellose. My vision has improved but distant still looks blurry. What's my problem?

Thanks. Can dilated pupil stay forever?
Atropine can take 4-6 weeks to wear off.
Thank you Dr. I appreciate your time and effort for your swift response. What do you think is causing the headache at the back of my head and around the ears?
No idea, too many possible causes. Discuss with your physician.
