Question about eye blind spot and blind spots in general

I am a 30 year old male, not over weight, no family traces of eye problems, glaucoma and of the source, maybe this has always been but I never realize it but when I look all the way to my left or right and my nose blocks out my left or right eye looking in the same direction of my other eye, my eye that I am looking out of develops a blind spot, such as something will disappear out of the eye.

Is this normal? If one eye is blocked out by the nose that the other eyes blind spot will become more apparent? Thank you
