Will side sleeping raise my glaucoma risk?

Hello, I have been seeing some studies say that side sleeping raises your glaucoma risk.

I normally fall asleep on my back but sometimes I wake up on my side with one of my eyes in contact with the pillow. I have a sort of taller and thicker pillow that's nice but now I'm a little worried I'm just increasing my pressure needlessly.

I have been trying to be proactive in making sure I don't end up on my side but it's hard when I'm sleeping haha.

Is this too overly cautious? Should no not worry so much about my sleep position?

There are some studies that show in people that have glaucoma the worse eye is often the eye they sleep on. But sleep is a precious commodity and I would sleep in any position that helps you rest and fall asleep quickly.
