Retinal Scar tissue?

Hi, I've had a 6 operations now for a detached retina and cataract. My vision isn't that great but I can get by.
I only really have problems with things that are distant, my near vision isn't too bad.

My doctor informed me that there's a lot scar tissue on the retina, and that he tried his best to remove it.
Today after my checkup I got home and looked in the mirror and noticed my eye had something in it.
Can anyone tell me what I'm seeing in my eye? My mom thinks its scar tissue

It looks like an "opacified capsular bag" part of the lens that was left behind when you had cataract surgery. use google images to see what they look like. Ask your surgeon for exact DX next visit.
