Could I take multivitamines for my eyes
I have Myopia with around -5 for each eyes and astigmatism about 3 and 4 so could I take some A vitamine drug to improve my eye sight?

Taking small amounts of Vitamin A is good to eye, but will not help to reduce refraction errors for that you need to do some eye exercises regularly & progressively reduce the power of glasses needed.
Doing eye exercises & continually varying glass power's is a tedious job & it may take several months or years to completely get free of glasses.
