Right eye is watering and feels like its gonna pop out

My brother splashed me really hard in the eye with water, and now I am feeling lots of pressure in it. It waters constantly, painkillers are not working on it, it hurts a lot, and when I blow my nose or use the bathroom, the pressure of doing that makes it feel like it's gonna pop out of its socket. My dad looked at it (he's a doctor), and said it looked fine, but I know its not fine. Then again today, my brother splashed me in the exact I again. I was in so much agony. I don't think its getting any better, and this is my last resort coming here before I see an eye doctor.

This is really not a 'resort' at all. You need to see an ophthalmologist or optometrist.  Tell your brother to start working on anger management.

I can't tell but if you are really "in agony" then specialized care is appropriate.
