How to stop worrying about glaucoma?

My father lost his sight from glaucoma at the age of 55. Currently I'm 28 years old but I'm worry daily for my future as this glaucoma eye disease is hereditary disease. Although none of my siblings or my father's siblings diagnosed having this disease, but i worry daily i can't even have a good sleep or function normally. Please any advice regarding how stop this worrying and live a happy life?
