Small Blind Spots center of vision

For the last 3 years I’ve had 3 small blind spots in the center of my vision I’ve had many tests done to try and figure out why but nothing ever showed up. Each spot in a tiny oval around 1-2mm in size looking at my phone screen. If they are over a white line or an intersection between two contrasting edges the spots will flicker.

They are only in my right eye from what I can see I’m worried it’s something awful that can’t be seen in exams cos they are so small and I’ll just randomly go blind one day. Is there anything this could possibly be that I could look into?

I don't know what you mean by 'many tests' and who did these tests. Were they non-physician optometrists, a general comprehensive ophthalmologist or a retina Eye MD specialist or neuro-opthalmologist.    To "be sure" you should see a Eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in retina disorders and surgery. Tests you would need include an OCT,  fluoroscene angiography, visual field (peripheeral vision ) test.

I’ve had those done a few times by different specialists now, they all say my eyes are fine I had an mri to check but that was fine too.

If it’s been 3 years is it unlikely it’s something bad, maybe it’s something outside my eyes causing it. I did have low b12 at one stage
Given you have had 'all those tests' and it has not progressed in 3 years, unlikey that anything that is a huge threat to your vision. If something changes inform the Eye MD you have the most confidence in and have an annual exam.
