Different size pupils

Hi, I wrote a while back about my pupils being different sizes after having my son by c-section 9 months ago, wondering if the two correlate. Your advise at the time was to get a MRI and I did, which showed nothing. So, back then my left pupil was slightly different than my right without any other symptoms. Now, my left pupil is even noticeable at first glance to my husband. This happens nearly everyday, mostly at night, and my right eye sometimes feels say puffy and achy to touch on the top near the right and left corners more.  The achy feeling is much worse if I’m stressed or use the computer. Ibprophin seems to subside the achy feeling.  They both react to light and dark but the right doesn’t seem to dilate a lot or as much. I’m not sure if any of these other symptoms/ideas help but I’ll jot them down. I found out that I needed Iron in a bad way, now things even make sense again. If I forget to take iron by 10 am by 1:00 pm I’m very tired and it’s harder to breath. I say this because maybe when on days I forget for a while my pupils are worse and maybe the whole oxygen thing. Another thing, my back still hurts sometimes from the spinal. I’ve had tingling in my right shoulder and a very cracky neck (cracks so loud it feels like my head will come unattached). I think that is about all, Thank you for reading from me and I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for letting me know about what's not causing my problems. Just really would like to know what might be causing them. Could you offer an idea as to what type of problem i may be looking at? Sorry to ask again I just don't have anyway to see an Eye MD or Doctor for a few months and i'm worried. Thank you

Oxygen should not cause your problem nor should a c section or spinal.

See an neuro-ophthalmologist Eye MD. In the USA find one at www.aao.org

Elsewhere ask your GP/FP for a referral.
