Sty?

Okay, quick question.  I have on my upper eyelid a very small blister of some type.  It's completely clear with a clear fluid inside, no readness.  It's located dead center of the eyelid on the part between the inner and outer eyelid (if that makes sense).  Anyway, this is the second time in 3 months this thing has shown up.  It's not entirely painless in that I can feel it there when I blink, so I'm guessing it's irritated.  It looks nothing like a pimple though.  So, what is this thing, and other than just waiting for it to go away, what do I do about it?

Thanks.

Thanks.  I figured it wasn't worry-worthy, but thought I'd ask.

It fits the description of a blocked Meibomian gland which is a eyelid gland located on the middle of the lid behind the lashes.

You can try warm compresses or cleaning your lids with TheraTears SteriLid eyelid cleaner or Occusoft eyelind cleaner. Neither requires a prescription
