Swollen,twitching eyelid with dilated pupil

Hello,

For about 8 months now I have problems with my left eye.I have seen 3 different  eye specialist, and got 3 different opinions ( allergy + blepharitis, inflammation, MGD ).
Upper eyelid is swollen, with dilated pupil ( not maximum dilation, but can be spotted), and now alsa eyelid spasms, there were also small internal hordoleum on.
Pressure Left is 14 after steroids (Doctor nr 2), Right 13. Refraction L +0.25 , R -0.25
Dry eyes.
Antihistamin drops and tablets didn't work, steroids also. Now I do blephasol (2x day), and helped with disappearing hordoleums.
But I still have big discomfort, and it disturb my day.
My right eye is perfect condition ( can allergy be only in 1 eye?)

I ask for suggestion, because I don't know where to go with this.
Thanks,
Jack

Thanks for comment. I took also steroid oinments on eyelid, but didn't work for me.
Azasite, I looked for it on polish remedy market but didn't find, maybe name is different,  I read very negative comments about it.
I can't find solution where side effects I can accept.

You have to work with one doctor.  This is most likely blepharitis (MGD is part of it).  You should consider doxycline (inexpensive oral medication) or Azasite, an expensive but effective eye drop (very thick) to rub on your lashes once or twice a day after cleaning for one week.
